Hans Razo @DiverWhoDives Why does this happen everytime a black person cosplays? I remember a few months ago a bunch of people bullied a black girl off the internet because she cosplayed nezuko from demon slayer. Why do they only bully and nitpick black coplayers?

DΞZ L. King Hans Razo @DiverWhoDives I think it's because white cosplayers can't cosplay characters of color but black cosplayers can cosplay white characters

@vic19_99 @ShadowMan27fm_ DΞZ L. King Hans Razo @DiverWhoDives I have seen many white cosplayers get bullied for cosplaying asian to at most tan characters. I dont think one has it worse than the other, but rather I think all western cosplayers are subject to this weird and toxic gatekeeping of characters.

DΞZ L. King @vic19_99 @ShadowMan27fm_ Hans Razo @DiverWhoDives Ah, i think i would understand those intances.

i think i am just coming from many of what ive seen before when if you weren't tan or dark enough, it was seen as offensive to cosplay a tan or dark character in your orginal tone of skin

🍊 @vic19_99 @ShadowMan27fm_ Hans Razo @DiverWhoDives No. It is not. Most of us dont care if they do. Just dont paint your face or use makeup thats 5 shades darker.
