Pathe cathedral style radio circa 1930. Model number unknown but a reverse image search matches to a type M. Radio Museum does not have that listed. Even in a mature hobby like Vintage Radios information is still missing. Nice radio w/ dual #47 outputs sold for $450 + fees

Curtis KB-4200 Morse Keyboard circa 1974. I found this languishing at an auction and had to take it home. The space key was broken but otherwise it still worked. Some glue and patience and the it's working again. I love the analog meter displaying remaining buffer capacity. Don't

Boonton 75D Capacitance Bridge from ~1967 was very well built and a fun restoration project. After the typical power supply and tube service it functioned well in phase test mode and was still amazingly accurate. I did not use it very often and it took up a lot of shelf space in

GE 535 Purple swirl clock radio circa 1951; 6 tube, original back; some scratches on the cabinet, otherwise in nice condition. This is another take on the circles in a square design but with a ~1/2” recessed to add depth. Luminous patches on the end of the dials to be visible in

Marantz stereophonic receiver; model 2215B in dirty but working condition sold for $300 in last months auction. 15 watts per channel in a metal case. Collecting popularity does not need to correlate to performance.

Grundig Majestic 941W-USA, (1957) Long wave, AM & FM broadcast large bakelite tabletop BBR (Big Brown Radio.) Yellow tint and dull case is due to years of nicotine deposit, common to radios of this era. Shinny screws on the back are a giveaway of work inside but the radio does

If you have a 400mm fast lens (f4 or better) and a good DSLR the local youth baseball teams probably could use some game photos. Forget about making money and enjoy the experience helping build memories for the kids. (Don't be an idiot and just show up, get permission well in

Midnight Owl (Bubo) Novelty transistor radio from 1965 by WACO in Japan. Simple 6 transistor radio in a cream colored case with brass trim. It’s challenging to find these without broken feet or damaged wings. My wife was lucky to find this one in an estate auction last month.

Grundig 196B-GW (Boy 1 ) Vacuum tube AC line or battery portable AM broadcast from 1950. Dial cover has yellowed and there are some small cracks in the case. Not much I can say about this one as it has not been to be workbench. #VintageRadios

Found this little 15 watt 6V6 amp in a Bell & Howell 16mm movie projector from the late 50s. Had no idea they have a cult following when modified as guitar amp. Passed it on to someone who has more experience in what musicians want.
