Last night I had a lovely meal with friends, I cooked on a smaller bbq than I'm used to, with the wrong sort of charcoal, with plenty of meat and just really enjoyed being with mates, feeding them, laughing, drinking malbec. ❤️🔥

I've been doing grilled lamb flatbreads for a while now with a middle Eastern style, but I wanted to do an Indian tikka style on a naan bread of the same technique, it was phenomenal..😋

Picanha cooked over Big K Products marabou charcoal, need to get that fat crispy, it's a real art getting a beautiful piece of beef like this... How did I do?
