It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since we loss my mother. I’m not sure how I’ve been operating on half of my heart this long, but here we are. Grief is probably one of the most difficult emotions that we deal with, it doesn’t go anywhere. You just learn how to manage. ❤️‍🩹🥹

You have the learn the difference between the people who genuinely care about your well-being and people who just wanna know your business. 💡 #foodforthought
