2am. Can’t sleep so doing usual looking out through the window to see what’s happening in the world. Spotted a milkman drop off a couple of pintas at house opposite. Looked like proper glass bottles. Proper float with open sides. This must be a rare sight in London these days.

Did my Tesco shopping at 6am this morning which I found to be even quieter than my usual 10pm visit. It's a real shame this store stopped its 24 hour opening as 3am was the perfect time for me and a couple of other oddballs.
