Asthma at a psycho-dynamic level is strangulation of our emotions, the inability to express ourselves from the heart level. Yoga eases this.

Yoga is based on the transcendental experiences of yogis. Their insights passed on thru the centuries, science is only catching up with now.

I wonder how anyone can think meditation is cold, or detached, it mended my broken heart and awakened my wisdom and courage. Many years ago.

When I was a primary school child 55 years ago, we had a curriculum rest after lunch everyday. Sweet silence for 10 mins. on our own mat.

Stressed parents can soothe themselves by behaving softly to their children. Fake it till you make it. Behaving softly decreases all stress.

It is the parents role to help children have true fun. In all situations #hypersilliness is not fun - not for anyone. #Children #calm #fun.

Meditation has many beautiful forms with ONE ingredient - TOTAL focus. Today, total focus is known as "mindfulness". Mind full of awareness.
