Happy New Years Eve! W the end of 2021 here, there is a lot of self reflection that goes on. Being able to take 30min/HR alone today to meditate, self reflect, write down goals you want to accomplish & how you want to live going forward helps w leaving 2021 in the past.

Good Morning, Happy Monday. With the first 10 days of this new year gone,have you been able to start on your goals and stay on track of your aspirations this year? The reason these mountains are here is because this is exactly what it was looking like the past week in Detroit🤧.

Happy Thursday!!!! How has your first two weeks of the new year been? Have you been able to stay on top of your new year resolution? One thing I've been looking into doing more is meditation, being able to build strength in your mind is something I've beneficial.😄

HAPPY WILDCARD WEEKEND! After a long season of NFL football the final 14 teams are set and are ready to play tournament for the Lombardi trophy. Hopefully in the NEAR future we will be able to watch OUR Lions during this time of the year and watch them win a Superbowl. 😄
