🎉 Celebrating 3rd Place in the MTC Emile Competition! 🏆 We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our talented students have secured 3rd Place in the prestigious MTC Emile Competition! 🎊 This outstanding achievement showcases their hard work, creativity, and dedication. 🌟

Shooting stars this week turned into chefs and created our own pizza's. We were also able to pick fresh herbs from our garden and found some tomatoes.

We are thrilled to announce that our Money Week Coin Challenge was a fantastic success! 🥳 We raised a remarkable £197 in total! A massive shoutout to the incredible Garnet Class, who championed the challenge by collecting the largest amount of £52! Well done, Garnet Class! 👏💰

Today, our ‘Shooting Stars Group’ picked their home grown runner beans! They are bringing them home to be cooked for dinner, enjoy!

🎉🎊 Amazing Achievement: 4th Place in the Emile MTC Competition! 🏆 We are thrilled to announce that our school has come 4th in the prestigious Emile MTC competition! 🎖️ With a phenomenal score of 10,060 correct answers.

We have continuous discussions in Reception regarding the changes of the seasons ; we looked for signs of autumn on our backfield. The children collected leaves, twigs etc and these were put in a tuff tray for the children to explore further.

Reception have had another busy week. We have been looking at all the different ways to group different things e.g buttons and natural materials. Then exploring pattern socks and identifying socks that match their pairs and matching Lego towers. Well done Silver Class.

This week we have been looking at ‘ The Three Little Pigs’. The children have produced lots of work around this, including acting out the story, producing a story map and comparing different versions. #thethreelittlepigs #traditionalstories

Reception have been learning about autumn, it teaches them about the cycles of nature and encourages environmental awareness. We have been adventuring on our back field, noticing how leaves change colour and observing other signs of autumn. The children made ‘ autumn soup’.

Our reception class have made a display about autumn with the leaves they collected on our back field.

We have had a great day at Deptford Park raising money for Children In Need by wearing our pyjamas.
