Clare's Peter Duggan and Rory Hayes have been proposed for one-match suspensions. Curious to know how many other incidents missed by referees during games did *not* lead to retrospective action, despite footage being available.

If we're going down the road of retrospective bans based on clips selected by a Sunday Game panel, why not include this attempt to disfigure Shane O Donnell in same game.
