Completed the Dengie Events Maldon Triathlon 1 Olympic distance (1.5km swim, 45km cycle, 10km run) in 3 hours 6 minutes 1 second

Another busy weekend for the club, we had members at #LondontoSouthend bike ride, @CastleTriathlon Castle Howard Gaunlet Tri, The Fix Events Eton Dorney Tri, Dengie Events Maldon Tri and @HenleySwim Club to Pub swim. Congrats everyone!

Home for weekend and took part in Dengie Events Maldon Sprint Tri. Last person in the water but pleased to say not (quite) last to finish!! Thoroughly enjoyed this well run friendly event and mixing a bit of swim/run after the bike focus this year!
