I want these things. A 'vision' is fine, but I'd like clear plans and ready funding on a model that doesn't stick municipalities with unfunded costs, or private actors with with public benefits.

And I haven't forgotten about Bills 18 and 20.

I love baby name day in Alberta. I find this endlessly fascinating. We are in an age when we can probably tell someone's age to an accuracy of about 5 years just by knowing their first name. 'Connor' (approx 24 years old) 'Jennifer' (early 40s). 'Noah' (Under 10).
