The amount of damage that has been done….woo wee. I’m pretty sure the Hall of Fame is out for a while, and maybe indefinitely. The husband came to social media, threw the 89 bombshell, and deleted his account.

Nope! When I ran track I was on relay teams (4x100) where a baton was used. That was not by mistake. She cracked that girls skull and caused a concussion. You don’t do that by “mistake”.

I’m absolutely happy to help. I started my fitness journey at a stinky, old powerlifting gym back in the day and it was mainly “scary” guys who not only taught me how to lift, gym etiquette, etc. they looked out for me and the other two girls that worked out there. Good times!

It’s been a year already so A MUCH needed break away.

It’s been a great vacation-a much needed break away but it’s just about time to come back to reality! Until then, Happy Friday everyone!

A fun night of Rugby on a Saturday night! A big thank you to Naya Tapper for introducing us to the sport. I consider myself a sport junkie but I have a lot to learn about how Rugby is played. I will say, some of those tackles and scrums at the goal line…..goodness! Respect!

Been off the grid for awhile. I REALLY hope there’s a massive improvement in the regular season on both sides of the ball. It’s preseason so I’m not in panic mode, but sheesh…not great. Just would like to see one solid drive that provides some much needed optimism.
