Shout out to Mr. Sabiston Berkshire Elementary for allowing me to join his 12 min. walk/run activity! Ss tracked their laps w/ popsicle sticks and tallied them up back in the gym. Great connection to Aerobic Capacity!

Great visit today Carver Center w/ Mr. Foley! Ss experienced disc golf as a life-long fitness activity and worked in teams to complete kahoots to review for the Fitness Mastery final.
