Players: Sometimes it’s good to evaluate your own behaviors. What does your attitude say when answering these 3 questions: Do I interact positively with my teammates/coaches? How do I respond to my mistakes & those of others? Do I cheer for my teammates when I’m on the bench?

Players: You must accept tough coaching & welcome being held accountable. If you want to play at the college level & you’re having difficulties with coaches yelling & being demanding, you need to grow up, toughen up or reconsider. It will always be tough, but it will be worth it.
