The home care package in Governor Kathy Hochul budget was leaked. She reverses herself on campaign promises! She caps wage increases at $3 over min wage, not a baseline. She takes away some of wage parity, postpones increases & avoids acctablility. Tell @carlheastie . Not ok. Push back

This chart clearly shows that the deal Governor Kathy Hochul is proposing @CarlHeastie & Sen. Stewart-Cousins bring to their conference on home care will cut wages for home care workers from what they were expecting. Conferences need to send a resounding "NO"
