For most #genealogy sites, it's near impossible for an individual to control their copyrighted content. The companies have no interest or ability to properly protecting the rights of the copyright owners. They profit off people sharing their photos with no © protection in return.

Yikes! Since Ancestry owns #FindAGrave it applies to that entire collection too.
