it luggage customer service John Vicars Don’t send your case back I’ve been waiting 2 years for my large one to be returned ! From drop off in Liverpool airport check in it fell off no refund but offered me a green and white one in replacement who wants odd cases not me ! Beware they DM you check my correspondence onX

A suitcase s not something you try on and can return if it doesn’t fit !

alickie it luggage customer service sandywatemberg I’m in Liverpool 10minutes from airport my 3 children bought me them for my 50th and half of 1 wheel fell off before checkin, I put in my handbag and they requested it back in original box now I have no large suitcase what a waste of money so I repost all messages for awareness
sandywatemberg it luggage customer service Once they get you of X and to email you get blanked again or offered and odd case if I wanted to use odd cases I have a garage full of them bit old maybe 5-10 years but never had a problem with them . 3 kids on holiday 4x a year and to Uni and back on trains and buses *AWARNESS*

John Vicars it luggage customer service Wish my case would bounce back they have had the large one from a set of 3 pink and want me to take a replacement of another colour and style 🤣 that’s why I got matching so I don’t struggle to find odd cases I have a garage full of old ones ********AWARENESS BEWARE RIP OFF *****
