Wonderful time Critical Digital Humanities Initiativeโs #CDHICON22, presenting โSearching for Sexโ โ highlighting DECIMAโs platform towards uncovering premodern urban queer histories; & awesome reunion with my former DECIMA research partner + forever colleague Camila ๐ฆ #dighist
Great fun today at Critical Digital Humanities Initiative's #CDHICON2022, showcasing the ways in which the existing the DECIMA platform, run by Dr. Nicholas Terpstra and @crosehistorian, can be utilized by students as a discursive tool to study gendered spatial histories in historical urban contexts.
So great to see DECIMA featured at the first ever #CDHICON2022! Our RA Ariana Ellis ๐ was also at the conference co-chairing a roundtable on #GameStudies. Hopefully this will be the start of many future gatherings to come! Critical Digital Humanities Initiative
Had the best time on this panel with you all yesterday! A huge thank you to Amanda Madden for moderating! #RenSA22Virtual
