Nightmare travel last night. Computers down in DC. Known weather and grounded flights in CLT. americanair makes us go the CLT anyway.

Flight out of CLT to LEX cancelled because of weather americanair knew about before we left DCA. No way home or anywhere close. Extra day of travel when i should never have left DC at all.

I will be flying another airline from here on.americanair

And americanair knew a plane full of people going from DCA to CLT we’re going to miss connections.
