Our first grade classes are performing their Three Piggy Opera this week during music class, and their performances never disappoint. Thank you Craig Hurley, Ed.D.!
I can’t think of a more perfect and uplifting artist than Alma Thomas to inspire some nature-based abstract art with a personal story… each kiddo has one to share! I’m so in love with all of ‘em! #cobbartrocks #artsedga Ford Elementary TPT #BlackHistoryMonth2024

Mrs. ClaireDunawayCyr’s students were working so intently this afternoon in art class on making 2-D pastel circles appear 3-D with shading and highlights…all while listening to soft music. What a great way to end my week.💕
I enjoyed spending time in Dr. Craig Hurley, Ed.D.’s music class this morning. During this lesson with 2nd graders, I observed music, reading, movement, math, and SS. Student engagement and arts integration at its best!

Growing loofah was so foreign to me a year ago, and now here I am, making sponges...crazy! And apparently, you can make cute Santas out of dried okra. If there's enough, 5th grade Ss will get to take home the loofah they grew with their herbal soap! Planning ahead Ford Elementary
