The word “retard” is a highly derogatory term for people with intellectual disabilities. You do not have an intellectual disability. I do not have an intellectual disability. Autistic people without intellectual disability don’t get to “reclaim” or use that word.

Dear hire-bike cyclists, Please stop sticking the f🤬ing Lime in the middle of pavements!!! It's bad enough as it is navigating broken crappy paving let alone this 💩! If anyone suggests going to opposite side of road, the pavement tips... & so do I in my wheelchair! Fed up!

Bloody disgrace. Should be a "never" incident, yet all who use assistance on the railway experience this sort of thing on a regular basis.

In 2024, the lack of access for disabled people is not inadvertent or accidental. It is a choice. A hostile, exclusionary choice.

Gregory Mansfield (@ghmansfield) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Disabled people should not have to ask for access. Disabled people should not have to ask for civil rights. Disabled people should not have to ask for justice. An ableist majority has created a permission structure where disabled people are at the mercy of others.

Real silent on the 41,000 defenceless Palestinians (over ¼ children) that have been killed since then 🤨 As long as countries like USA & UK continue funding arms exports, we wont see an end to this. Now ask yourself why the prospect of peace is so distant. 🤔 #FreePalestine
