"Hmm...I think it has staying power. I'm terrible with names though, I mean, my ex-wife named our kids and Lucky's name was kind of an accident, so I don't think I could ever judge you for it."

Clint let out a hearty laugh, shaking his head. "I didn't actually. It was designed as a codename because I'm a sniper by trade. Then it stuck and people ran with it after the Avengers. Most of my life I was called Agent Barton on the job."

Clint smiled playfully in response. "I was an assassin and a spy. That was pretty serious. In all honesty, I couldn't care less about being called Hawkeye until I met Kate. Now...I think it has meaning, that I can be both. I even like my new purple logo."

// I miss writing them together. Had some fun interactions with a lot of Wanda's in the past. And yes, I ship them, they're my favorite Clint ship and Jeremy and Lizzie have a lot of cute gifs together. If you don't like it..I'm sorry? Anyways, would love to write them again!//
