I will always encourage folks that are getting sober. It's not easy. I've been sober for 16 years and tobacco free for 15. It's a struggle, even now. Don't give up! If I can do it, you can too.

Rough week emotionally. I apologized to someone for a mistake I made with her over 30 years ago. Will it change anything? No. Did it let her know that I acknowledge my error. Probably not. I guess it's the attempt that counts. 🤷‍♂️

Tomorrow starts the crash diet... meaning 300 calories split between breakfast and lunch, then about 1200 to 1500 for dinner. Going to be interesting.
