Our flight to NYC was cancelled this morning. Southwest Airlines was utterly unhelpful getting us a new flight (so we can be on time 2 play The Tonight Show) trapping us at Chicago MDW for nearly 12 hours. I've never seen loyal Southwest customers treated so poorly. Delta to the rescue
