Playing games all day again is so fun but after like 11 hours i start malding and i can feel my hairline receding and my hair turning grey and headache. How do i fix this?

Corona did not do anything to my daily life but Valorant has me actually cooking and planning food because its faster than ordering and going to the gym at 2am so i can play valorant with the boys in the morning. Also no more runescape 16 hours a day.
