Another great work from the lab Treutlein lab morphogen screen on the fascinating Ngn2 induced iNeuron. It helps to steer neural cell type identities of the generated neurons. Not really part of the great team of Hsiu-Chuan Lin Jasper Janssens but I still feel proud

Thrilled to start off the new year with a new lab publication, titled: "Human Cerebellar Organoids with Functional Purkinje Cells", led by the exceptionally talented PhD candidate @AlexanderAtami1 Cell Stem Cell cell.com/cell-stem-cell… 🧵 1/11

Morphogen Timing, Concentration, Combination impacts regions that form in human neural organoids. Exponential search space, but patterns are emerging! Amazing project led by Fati Treutlein lab D-BSSE, ETH Zurich biorxiv.org/content/10.110… #organoids #scSeq

Excited to share my postdoc work from the Alex Schier. This project was a joint effort with many collaborators Georg Seelig, Sebastián Castillo-Hair,Lucia Du, Yiqun Wang,Adam Carte,Mariona Colomer Rosell, Chris Yin. 1/20 biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Now out in Nature! As a collaborative team with people from Treutlein lab, Fabian Theis and Gray Camp, led by me, Leander, Jonas (josch1@bsky), we generated the so far largest integrated cell atlas of neural #Organoid with comprehensive characterization nature.com/articles/s4158…

We are searching for a Master's Student/Intern to join the group for 6-12 months to work on large-scale bioimage analysis of complex human model system data! Please send your CV to: [email protected] #IHB

It was really cool to work with Nadezhda Azbukina Hsiu-Chuan Lin and all Treutlein lab Gray Camp people involved in this project, to show how we can learn from the posterior brain organoids and how we can extend protocols from the existing one

Integrated Organoid Atlas benchmarks new protocols, even more impressive as a Highly Variable Cohort for comparison against perturbation and disease models: nature.com/articles/s4158… Lead by Quan Xu 许泉 Lennard Halle, MD Collaboration with Fabian Theis Treutlein lab Institute of Human Biology

Thrilled to share our Human Endoderm-derived Organoid Cell Atlas (HEOCA). We compare organoids with primary tissues, assess culture strategies, and explore disease models. In collaboration with Lennard Halle, MD, supervised by Gray Camp, Fabian Theis & Treutlein lab.Institute of Human Biology

#Organoid atlases developed by Institute of Human Biology ETH Zurich & Helmholtz Munich | @HelmholtzMunich are now part of the Human Cell Atlas —laying the groundwork for precision models & future therapies. Built by global collaboration, powered by AI, designed to accelerate human disease modeling. Find out more
