It's hard to sum up the amount of work that has gone into afni_proc.py since started in 2006, via Rick Reynolds, 🥂𝔹𝕠𝕓 ℂ𝕠𝕩🧠, Gang Chen & many others. But its goal is simple: to help neuroimagers process+understand+check FMRI data. Hope these examples & descriptions are useful.
