Our Spirit Airlines flight is 45 min late and instead of getting everyone onboard they are checking the size of every single person's bag and delaying the flight WAY more so they can make a few extra bucks. That is the opposite of customer service.

Of course the worst airport in the entire US, Newark Liberty International Airport, doesn't even have a TSA Pre line. I mean why would they? They should probably pair no TSA Pre with full strip searches to make everything really convenient for travelers.
