Our paper is out: In 420 Long QT patients with a rare KCNH2 variant, nonsense variants showed better outcomes than missense variants through haploinsufficiency over dominant negative effects. Our approach will advance interpretation of KCNH2 variants. academic.oup.com/europace/artic…

Excited to share our recent paper related to both congenital and acquired long QT syndrome. We propose a novel role of KCNQ1 beyond simply generating IKs in the human heart. academic.oup.com/cardiovascres/…
