On January 23rd and 24th, we held the second Okuno Method 2-Day Workshop (Observation) for TAME, welcoming eight doctors from Indonesia, Australia, and India. I like that the session was filled with active discussions and questions.

In the final week of February, we had the pleasure of welcoming Dr. Clare Bent and Dr. Nikki Kelsall from University Hospitals Dorset, Mr. Jayesh Tailor from BVM Medical, and Dr. Senkichi Uchiyamada from Hospital Universitario de Canarias for a visit.

We have now held the third "Workshop for TAME" to accommodate requests from international doctors to observe our clinic. The workshop featured my lecture and live procedural observations, including practical treatments. We will continue to promote the Okuno Method.

Achilles tendinopathy unresponsive to PRP improved dramatically after two arterial infusion sessions, with pain decreasing from 8 to 1–2 out of 10, and a return to running. This case highlights the effectiveness of targeting abnormal neovessels with arterial infusion therapy.

Between March and April, we had the pleasure of welcoming doctors from around the world who were interested in TAME treatment and the Okuno Method. We would like to once again express our sincere gratitude.

A 59-year-old man with knee pain lasting over two months due to recurrent gout attacks underwent catheter-based embolization. The pain completely resolved within a month, and more than a year later, there has been no recurrence of symptoms.

A woman suffering from severe shoulder stiffness underwent intra-arterial injection treatment targeting the transverse cervical artery. Her symptoms dramatically improved on the same day. Freed from years of discomfort, she has returned to playing golf.
