I find myself in this dilemma too often to not post. Breaking twitter silence to reiterate that if you’re interest in someone. Wether you’re a girl or a boy.... go for it! Don’t wait on them to make a move because chances are that’s what they’re waiting for

Life is too short to sit back and wait for things to come. If you want something, go get it

Story time: I had broken up with my boyfriend of many years and was broken. I thought I should take time out of the dating game and focus on myself as most people do. But there was always this guy who I was really close with. He changed my life in ways unimaginable

He went from being a friend to being my fiancé. All because I went up to him and asked him out. He told me he was interested but too afraid to ask! Who knew!

It just goes that if you put yourself out there that great things can come. The worst thing they can say is no! Because I didn’t take the “typical” break after a break up I found my soon to be husband

The best guys are the nerdy ones who don’t seem nerdy. The ones who have great intellectual talent but can also be personable in a heart beat. The ones who may not be the best looking in the bunch but have a huge heart and a great sense of humor. Get yourself one of those

Next time you see “the one” wether you’re together or not. Put yourself out there. Make your interest for the person known and GREAT things WILL come. Don’t be afraid to get out of your comfort zone.

Finally, it’s important to remember that if you like someone it’s because you know them personally, it’s scientifically proven that if you know someone well and start to like them that they will like you back. It’s human nature! Get out there. Be bold

A little bonus tip: If you like a guy, poke him. Literally poke him repeatedly like a child. His reaction will tell you if he likes you back or not! If he laughs and returns the poke or holds your hand back while smiling. You’re in. If he gets mad, steer clear! It always works
