High school basketball is a simple game: Hustle on defense. Move without the ball on offense. Sacrifice your shot for the better one. The teams that win? They’re the ones who turn effort into habit and habits into championships.

High school basketball isn’t about grandeur. It’s about diving on the floor for loose balls, boxing out like your life depends on it, and setting HARD screens to free your teammate. The fundamentals separate winners from everyone else.

Long after the wins & losses, you'll remember your teammates & coaches; the bus rides & locker room talks. You'll remember how you had each other's backs. You'll remember the relationships & how you leaned on each other. And especially how fortunate you were to be part of a TEAM!

You can only coach a guy as hard as the relationships allows.

Coaching doesn’t just impact one person. It impacts a family. There’s someone at home holding it all together when the season gets heavy. Game nights. Late buses. Tough losses. The spouse of a coach in it too… just without the title. Don’t forget that.
