Amazing work🤯 by Persyn et al. (2024) on the #nitrogen-specific #interactome of #SnRK1 and #PlantTOR in #Arabidopsis by AP-MS and PL-MS, showing that some novel N-specific SnRK1 interactors (e.g. IRE1A and RAB18) are involved in #autophagy induction at the #EndoplasmicReticulum.
