If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the last seven years of trying to get trad pubbed, it’s this… Open your heart while writing, close it while querying. (This goes for being on sub too.) Easier said than done, though. 🫠

Out-growing them quickly might be a reason but chapter books are the bridge bw being read to & independent reading, which will build a base for MG, which hooks them for YA & being a life-long reader. Chapter books should not be ignored. Hence, FINDING CHRISTMAS is coming soon!

BREAKING: Home Depot has started giving out free training to Americans who want to work in HVAC, carpentry, electricity, & construction. The classes are self-paced and students will earn certifications they can use on their resumes. THIS IS AWESOME!
