I decided that the significant amount of money that KLM is owning me right now is categorized as lost and will start to slowly post all the completely shitty discussions I have gone through with their support during the past several months. I will cross post this everywhere

Long story short, KLM does not want to return MY MONEY back because I have closed my relationship with the bank I used for payment. They are requesting an official letter from that bank (they already said they won't give that to me, made a complaint and received an official mail

Unfortunately for KLM that is not enough and they do NOT want to return the money back unless I do that. So I will have to fly back to my country, probably invoke some kind of law and get that paper, else money is lost.

I would appreciate any retweets and comments so this gets visible. I know at least 2 other people with similar issues with KLM I guess customer service is something our airline companies don't care about anymore during this pandemic
