One of the big problems in 3D cel shading is that it doesn't move right. The shading terminator visually slides across the surface of the mesh. Details surface or recede like rocks being exposed or swallowed by the tide. It doesn't match how this shading would be drawn in 2D

Trying not to lose it. My tablet repeatedly has to be unplugged / replugged every 10 - 15 minutes or else my pen will not connect. It's on its last leg and I can't afford a replacement. This really fucking blows. My stress levels are through the roof.

Still working through it, but if an angel swooped down to help me somehow retrieve a new tablet, I would be forever grateful and also inclined to draw lots of hentai (or sfw if necessary). 🫠 fuck
