As a Welsh woman I often feel judged by society to be a lesser citizen for being scantily clad, bare chested, naked, sexual or outrageously expressive. Why are modest women generally seen to be more accepted and respected? Who decided upon these rules?

You can be both driven and gentle with yourself. You can be both persistent and patient with your growth. But more than anything, you deserve to love who you are, right now, even as you work toward becoming more.
