Alongside producing climate-friendly food, we are busy looking after the beautiful British countryside that is all around us. With over 70 acres of land dedicated to wildlife, plus miles of hedgerows, the farm is a haven for birds, insects & wildflowers. #backbritishfarming

I’ll spare you the really gory pics but thanks to an angry muntjac my #run1000 is on hold. V poorly, sewn-back-together-in-lots-of-places dog means I’m housebound for a while & no more running. Once she’s better we’ll finish our miles, even if it’s after the end of Jan!

Great outing to a local school to discuss farming, food production, wildlife & big shiny tractors! The children were fascinated to learn all about what goes on in the fields that they can see from the playground 🚜 🌾

Garden was FULL of these little critters last night, all over the lawn & large Katsura tree. Anyone know what they are & why there would have been so many of them? (Literally thousands of them!) The resident tawny owl was happy though - pecking away at them on the grass for ages!

Fab day yesterday doing something a bit different - filming with BBC East Stuart Ratcliffe & live on BBC Beds, Herts & Bucks ! Discussing the current drought in our area & how it’s affecting the crops. V interesting & only mildly terrifying! 📺 📻 🚜
