Our students had a great time acting as Nano scientists and exploring the science of all things small in the Gifted Summer School program! They studied cells and DNA, built habitats and tiny homes, and created Rube Goldberg chain reaction machines. #WESDFamily

Another feature part of our 2024 Lamp of Learning summer series goes to Rula Anne Prock, health technician at Tumbleweed. Through her kind, positive and nurturing demeanor, Rula assesses students’ health needs and supports them physically and emotionally. #WESDFamily

As part of our summer programming, 45 kindergarten through fifth students attended the Native American Summer Academy at Richard E. Miller! During the program, students shared about their tribes, learned about Indigenous foods and went on exciting field trips! #WESDFamily
