@SolseyLive Sasiah Alternatively caption your content live if you aren't already, in a way that generates a caption on the clip too! My closed captions are done via Web Captioner when I am live. No good cheap solution for pre-recorded content though, it's pay by money or pay by time taken to do it.

I am working with @zoom_us support on a possible issue with their closed captioning API that can cause captions to stop appearing in the middle of a meeting.

If you use Zoom for classes and client work, there is NO REASON to not better include folx who are deaf or hard of hearing by using live captioning via Web Captioner! It's FREE, quick, and ...well ...the right thing to do.

I am still waiting to hear back from @zoom_us support on an issue where closed captions will sometimes stop working during a meeting, with no way for Web Captioner to recover. I have posted the support ticket details here: facebook.com/groups/webcapt…
