My thoughts, as could have been expected, the regime has banned the MDC A demo. The High Court as expected has upheld that ban. The people have been notified the demo is banned. Not their demo, but the demo that was to be led by N Chamisa.

If people continue with the demo, its because they want to, if police stop people from going into town, they are abusing people's right to freedom of movement coz there is no demo , right? People are going about their normal activities.

Exactly my sentiments. Who are they going to hold accountable now. What's happening is brutality and instilling fear in the populace. People are being cowed to keep quiet. Democratic space being denied.

Well, the erudite Zvobgo is late. He passed on in August 2004. Unfortunately, the system he thought the revolution was abolishing still lives. And it’s as vicious. The revolution lost its way a long time ago. Today, people are still going to bed scared of the authorities.
