My guess what is happening here: - back in time MEV seems cool to toly 🇺🇸 and he invested to Jito Labs - memecoin season shown that MEV is bad for memes, it works for less dynamic networks like ETH but for meme it is a disaster - SF asked to stop MEV, but if it happens
