ACS presentations often limit the use of short DAPT after PCI, even among HBR patients. Our new study shows 1-month DAPT after NSTE-ACS is safe and reduces bleeding—though there are some caveats! 👉 Learn more in EuroIntervention eurointervention.pcronline.com/article/one-ve…

CABG pts ~10% of NSTE-ACS but previously excluded from key trials. Our meta-analysis found no MACE benefit with a routine invasive approach in this group. Thanks to EHJ for publishing and co-authors providing CABG pt outcomes from their trials. RCT needed!

In older pts (>70-year) routine invasive strategy was associated with a reduction in the risk of re-MI and urgent revasc, supporting an interventional approach in this patients. These data can inform a personalized treatment strategy based on risk profile. European Society of Cardiology EHJ Editor-in-Chief
