7/3- Drew Wilson spinning American Nightmare in deep bleeding red white & blue live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Feels right. Even it does kinda look like pepsi? AN is easily in our top two of Wes Eisold bands, and this one just rips. A limited run from Rise Records & Smartpunk . Happy 4th.

7/17- Drew Wilson spinning @wearepetneeds live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Kayak for River Season, right Nashville? They were fantastic here on their first US tour, and this smooth bright green LP from @xtra_mile goy us fired up for their next album in Sept!

7/24- Drew Wilson spinning King Gizzard live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Even as they keep growing more & more prolific, Doom City is one we keep coming back to. The Final Microtonal Banana LP has just incredible cover art, & might be the BRIGHTEST record we’ve ever seen. Even in the darkness

7/31- Drew Wilson spinning Rise Against live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Clear vinyl for some clear lyrics that stay with you. It ain’t got the qc issues it used to either, clear is fine! And looks damn fine too.

8/14- Drew Wilson spinning John-Allison Weiss live on WXNA 101.5 FM John-Allison Weiss ‘s Motorbike is just a favorite summer jam, gotta get in it there, where it’ll be in our head for a while. And look at this cool summery record from SideOneDummy Records ! Like your aboveground pool’s liner

8/21- Drew Wilson spinning @turnstilehc live on WXNA 101.5 FM They’ll be playing in town this week at the big show with @mcrofficial this week, and figured we’d show off some back catalogue for that whole stadium of fans about to get blown away, & wow, this galaxy splatter on black!

8/28- Drew Wilson spinning AT THE DRIVE IN live on WXNA 101.5 FM . One of those records everyone seemed to hear about from their coolest in the know friend back in the day, we also love an album with some color symmetry. This butterscotch LP looks so good, and all that pop in the light

9/4- Drew Wilson Loud Love spinning #TheAdverts live on @wxnafm . Crossing the Red Sea on Red Vinyl. Seems right. Put that needle across this one all the time, what a classic. Reissue from Fire Records is 🔥

9/18- Drew Wilson spinning Turbo Fruits live on WXNA 101.5 FM Special edition of their Butter album made with Cannabis Sativa Butter. Just look at it. 100 copies of this & we picked up ours The Groove a full 10 years ago now. Still makes us feel good tho

9/25- Drew Wilson spinning Coachwhips live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Dare ya not to let it shake a bit when you hear this one. Get yer body next ta mine definitely had those strong feeling of where Dwyer & Thee Oh Sees were gonna go. And wow the confetti explosion of color on this one!

10/16- Drew Wilson spinning @titusandronicus live on WXNA 101.5 FM . The newest album The Will Is Live, incredible 3 part album with 3 panel cover art. Photos won’t do this one justice, but that silver bleed in the black vinyl has a metallic shine, big art deserves to be seen, + etch

10/23- Drew Wilson spinning Electric Frankenstein live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Yeah yeah, NEXT sunday night at Midnight is the Loud Love Halloween Special on WXNA, but doesn’t mean we can’t get started early. Don’t do many picture discs, but when its got one of the most famous monsters live at WFMU ..

10/31- Drew Wilson spinning JEFF the Brotherhood live on WXNA 101.5 FM . It’s Halloween night & we got the Shed House Records recording of the epic JEFF Halloween show from 2015 on the studio turntables! Spooky punk & garage live on the radio. Getting ready for their shows next month.

11/6- Drew Wilson spinning Gee Tee live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Realized we haven’t featured a 7” in a while, huh. Recorded in Australia, released here in Nashville by Electric Outlet, this ripper of an EP looks great with those floating blue spots on the green vinyl

11/13- Drew Wilson spinning @bully live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Hearing recording is finished on the 4th Bully album, what better time to go back to our favorite track of theirs. Was already stoked on earlier projects, but when Milkman 7” dropped with Michael DeForge art, cmon! So good.

10/20- Drew Wilson spinning Diarrhea Planet live on WXNA 101.5 FM . Just a few years ago DP were featured on this 45 for the 45th year of @exit_in . Wednesday they’ll play an epic bash for its final day in operation. (At least this iteration) cool record too @yazoobrew Infinity Cat
