I am very proud of working with Elizabeth, PhD (she/her) She has worked on predicting soil nitrogen and soil respiration across North America and globally NASA 😎 She is a U.S. National Science Foundation GRF 🎉 She is an awesome science communicator and advocate for minorities in #STEM 💪

Many advocate for better science communication and outreach, but few actually take action. I'm humbled and impressed by the efforts and passion of Elizabeth, PhD (she/her). 👏🌟 #ScienceCommunication #Outreach"

Congratulations 🎉🎈🎊 It has been an honor to work with you #VargasLab Check out Elizabeth, PhD (she/her) work on predicting soil N and soil respiration.

Thanks to Neal Saab and Steve Zeng for organizing an all female group to speak at IAFP on metals in foods, which I was proud to be part of. Lots of great perspectives from FDA, USDA, academics, industry and non-profits. IAFNS NIFA U.S. FDA UDAgNaturalResources UD Research

Imagine if all those APCs go to journals published by scientific societies (e.g. AGU (American Geophysical Union) European Geosciences Union). Most scientific societies give back a portion of APCs to support members’ programs (e.g., travel grants, offset costs for low income countries).

Celebrating with Michela Taufer and Kirsten Hofmockel our official induction as Fellows of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (#AAAS).

After 13 years at Univ. of Delaware, I'm thrilled to announce I'll be joining Arizona State University next year! Excited for new opportunities ASU School of Life Sciences. Thank you to @DrNitrogen, Nancy Manley, and Nancy Gonzales. I'll be expanding my team soon—stay tuned!

Together, we can shape AGU (American Geophysical Union) future. 🌍 Cast your vote in the #AGUElections by 29 October to help write the next chapter of scientific discovery and solutions. agu.org/elections
