Organisations think that ā€œcovering EDIā€ means ticking off one topic at a time. But EDI is not just about: - Racism - Disability - Sexuality - And so on It’s about all these things (and more) together and how they intersect. It’s about accessibility, respect, and belonging.

Psychological safety doesn't teach us to disregard boundaries, but to question whether the environment allows everyone to contribute fully. If we could encourage a single learning into each organisation we work with, psychological safety would be at the top of the list.
