This morning, I had the pleasure of speaking with NATO SecGen Jens Stoltenberg ahead of the 6/1 NATO Defense Ministerial. We discussed a number of issues related to NATO deterrence and defense posture, investing in defense capabilities, and improving Alliance readiness.
