Bravo Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, recruits completed a 440-yard sprint during a physical training event at MCRD San Diego. The recruits conducted side shuffles, ammo can lifts, planks, single-leg Romanian deadlifts, bicycle crunches, and 440-yard sprints.
