Never, under any circumstances, use IONOS Support Web services. They will lock you into payments even after you cancel. And cancelling takes a process. Email, call, go through bowels of hell, etc. Just say no.

Never used it. Still refusing to cancel. Still refusing refund. Multi layered cancellation process makes it easy impossible to cancel because they blame “out of protocol” behaviors of the previous rep.

Getting a great big laugh at GEICO charging me 376.99 for ONE WEEK of service after I already cancelled. My whole month wasn’t even that much. 👌 now they know why I left 😂 I DO NOT OWE THAT. Cancellation is a break up. It’s you not me. 💔
