Book detectives! More mysteries afoot... Can anyone remember an 80's/90's picture book about a naughty/spoiled little girl (possibly named Caroline) with the refrain "sweet little (name), lovely little (name)..." Said "Caroline" is allowed to stay up late & eat luxurious cakes.
